About the Artist

Ziccy Delamarter, aka ZICRONA is a fine artist, illustrator, muralist, and street gore fanatic based in Chicago, IL.

Ziccy explores the darker, more surreal aspects of their queer identity through multiple mediums, including painting and drawing, lithography, screen printing, papermaking, and digital materials. They create provocative visual narratives through bold linework, rich texture, and distinctive color schemes.

Ziccy’s work is a deep and personal exploration of their desires and unique experiences with bodily autonomy as a trans and non-binary individual. Through studies of anatomy and examination of their grotesque indulgences, Ziccy combines real subjects with freakish ideas to create phantasmagorical artworks.
